Radio Systems

Microwave: SAT have designed and installed over 2000 and 500 microwave links respectively. This equates to approximately 40,000 Km or the equivalent to one orbit of the Globe.

Mobile Service: We have been part of the integrated design team for Emergency Service Radio system design in all 6 Australian States and 2 Territories, and have also designed and supported Federal Emergency Service Systems Country wide and offshore

GSM/3G/4G/5G. SAT have been involved testing and bench-marking all the latest generations of Public mobile communications in Australia and Internationally for a number of carriers and regulators.

Spectrum Assignment, allotment and allocation. We have been involved nationally and Internationally (ITU in Geneva at WRC and also forming Spectrum Management Facilities for overseas Governments), for our services please click here.

We have also designed and implemented numerous Private Networks (PN's) comprising components of microwave, fibre, Wifi, mesh and other technologies to provide requirement specific platforms.

We have technical staff familiar with all the facets of radio system implementation and testing, component by component or turn-key

We have experience in peripheral engineering such as tower building (having built over 30 greenfield towers over the years, and developed 100's of sites), Power supply design and implementation (Both solar and ac mains based), infrastructure and equipment room specification, design and installation.

We have installed facilities on the most urban roof space on the Countries tallest buildings and conversely on the remotest and almost inaccessible (other than by helicopter) peaks.

SAT have designed and installed numerous fibre optic systems for carrier network Long Haul, Submarine, Campus or in building, in vehicle

We have the design tools to curtail the design to user specific requirements

We have experience in peripheral Engineering such as tower building (We have built over 20 greenfield towers over the years, and developed 100's of sites), Power supply design and implementation (Both solar and ac mains based), infrastructure and equipment rooms, building ducts under cities or across rivers
